Since 2011 Endura Consulting has provided individual training solutions to athletes of all levels and ages within the sports of cycling.
Endura Consulting has its origins in Denmark, but is now based in Madrid, offering training and coaching locally and well as worldwide on an online basis.
The company is mainly specialized in training and coaching within the disciplines road cycling, mountainbike, cyclocross and gravel.
The goal is to provide high-level training services to recreational and elite athletes. Furthermore, the company offers training consulting to cycling and mountainbike clubs or communities.
Jacob Lund Agger is the owner and head coach of the company. He is working with individual athletes from elite level to beginners and as a coach consultant for road cycling and mountainbike clubs.

Training Philosophy
#1 A personal process towards motivating goals
An individually designed training plan, is aiming for a personal process towards one or more motivating goals, where the coach-athlete relation and the personal training plan defines the foundation of physical, technical and mental development and leads to optimized performance levels.
#2 Patience, focus and continuous training
It takes patience, focus and continuous training to excel in endurance sports, no matter the level and age of the athlete, but training should still be fun and varied thereby keeping it motivating.
#3 The personal needs of an athlete
Optimal training planning should be centered on the personal needs of an athlete in relation to goals, ambitions, physical and mental strengths and weaknesses and most importantly everyday life constraints.

A prerequisite for all of the training solutions is a thorough start-up consultation, which is a very important aspect of a good start on the training process and the coach-athlete relation. The Start-up consultation is mandatory when starting on a training solution.

Endura Consulting offers INSCYD testing in order to provide athletes with the best possible conditions for training accuracy and performance optimization.
