Mountainbike strength training
Join our group training session to become a more powerful and endurable mountainbiker.
We have more than 10 years of expericene with strength training for mountainbikers at all levels
Weekly outdoor classes in madrid- Mondays and Fridays
Expect 1 hours of fun and challenging strength training, that will target specific strenght and functionality needs for mountainbikers.
There are two weekly strength training classes:
- Mondays from 17:30 - 18:30
- Fridays from 9:30-10:30
The training will be outdoors, and take place on the following location:
- Parque Forestal de Valdebebas - Felipe VI
When you sing up, you will recieve an e-mail, with the exact location in the park.
All session have a duration of 1 hour, and will consist of the following elements:
- Warm Up: Focusing on mobility and core activation
- Main Section: Focusing on overall functionality, strength and power.
- Cool Down: Focusing on core training and Stretching
We will provide all the equipment needed for the training.
