INSCYD PPD Test - 3 tests

Service Description

With an INSCYD PPD test you will get valuable insights to your metabolic profile, learn about your physical strenghts and weaknesses and get clear recommendations on how to use the test results, to take your training to a new level. Hence, optimizing your training quality and thereby performance. The three test set-up allows you to track progression over time, and see how your training affects your performance level. You will be able to use test results and training recommendations from one test to another, and implement them in your training regime, to make performance gains that will be assesed from test to test. A great set-up if you want to make sure that you are on the right track througout the year, and want to asses performance levels from base-training to race-season. We will provide you with clear pre-test instructions, so you know exactly how to carry out the tests. After each test you will send us the results, and we wil create your complete metabolic profile using the INSCYD software. The post-test follow-up consultation will take your through the test results, to give you a thorough understanding of the outcome of the test, and how to apply the gained knowledge into your training. Futher we will compare test reults from one test to another, to give you a clear understanding on how your training affects your perfomance. When booking a test these are the steps: - An online meet (½h) taking you through the test-protocol, so you know how to execute it corretcly. Further you will recieve precise and consice pre-test instructions (written). - After you have completed the test protocol and submitted data, we will create your complete metabolic profile and send you the test report. - An online follow-up consultation (1h), taking you through test results and how to use them in training and competition. Further you will recieve a post-test summary (written) including training recommendations.
